Ch.2: VD/OUAT crossover: Former Lovers In An Unlikely Town
Summary: Set after VD S7 but the thing getting Damon and Enzo in the vault didn’t happen. Katherine is able to use the ascendant to finally get out of the prison world she was trapped in with Kai after Damon killed him to save Bonnie, but when she ends up in Storybrooke, she’s quite injured. Damon suddenly gets transported to Storybrooke a moment after Katherine. When Damon sees Katherine, will he leave her to die from her injuries, or will he save her? What will ensue between them? What will happen between them and the residents of Storybrooke?
It was a nebulous night, as Damon stood in the middle of an unfamiliar road. He had been minding his own business, when he’d suddenly appeared here. He saw that the sign said Storybrooke, which was ironic, considering he was a vampire; a supernatural creature. Then he saw on the side of the road on the shoulder, an injured and human again Katherine. She was lying on her side, pale, clearly having lost a lot of blood. He could tell that she had gone through hell in a prison world, considering the ascendant that was lightly in her hand still; a prison world they had sent her to, although they had thought that she had gone to hell for all her sins. Figuring that he owed her due to having tormented her on her deathbed, he went over and knelt at her side.
