有一種病會令人失憶，但是是有規律的。每逢星期六晚上11:59時病人就會失去記憶。男主角因為要做義工而去到一間醫院。在醫院裏見到患上失憶症的兒時玩伴，就決定要幫她治病。但他們都不知道這個病一發作（到了星期六的晚上11:59）就會減壽5年。他可以在有限的時間內治好她嗎？
