身在南韓最方便的，就是無論去到那裡，只要說廣東話或普通話就可以了。

就像自己去明洞吃部隊鍋，點菜的時候，遇有不明白的地，於是直接用國語求助鄰桌的台灣情侶。去新村食八色烤肉時，更是一店香港人，於是自己又再不恥下問，用自己被很多香港人讚許的純正廣東話，問問鄰座來自香港的一眾香港少女如何點菜。

其實，南韓人為了做內地人生意，很多食店基本上都請了位中國大媽，以服侍中國遊客，猶記得東大門的某酒店，由頂層到地下一層，仍然掛著巨型布條，上寫熱烈歡迎中國國家主席夫人到訪云云.....
