那是我的堅持。

咖啡沖到極濃極濃，牛奶溫熱到80.1℃。而抹茶粉，要用茶筅攪打到雪沫乳花浮午盞。

三種不同個性的香氣，醇厚、溫潤、清澄，相倚相融，成為一體。

不加糖。

即使旁人視這樣於雙重苦澀中自甘的我為無稽，我仍執著於這樣的獨特風味。
