No Plagiarism!iCcCmOBgtxbBQY1uQUttposted on PＥNAＮＡ 豆腐歷史悠久，可大多都是做成涼拌或是拿去炸，鮮少人想到它能拿來做甜品，小時候大人還總是跟我說，吃豆腐能美白，害我一個勁地吃豆腐，不過除了那麼多，也是有吃出一點名堂來的。

天下豆腐百百種，而我最愛的是杏仁豆腐，這也沒辦法，誰叫我是個小糖罐子呢！

做法是用甜杏仁磨漿後加水煮沸，盛於碗內冷藏，等它自然凝固。吃時切成小塊，略加糖水即可。味甜，清爽，略帶杏仁味，在夏天吃可謂人生一大樂事。420Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡdY8xpXkQMl

豆腐嫩滑，入口即化，吃下去那瞬間，比什麼少女的酥胸都來的誘人！如果要比喻的話，杏仁豆腐就是帶點嬌俏的江南少女。品甜品如賞美人，豈不妙哉？
