我們的人類帝國，竟然想出如此反抗人性及非人道的計劃，「死神特工」計劃。聚集一眾犯罪份子，不論是死囚還是剛剛入獄的罪犯都被選中成為死神特工。

死神特工由罪犯所組成，同時提供合理的訓練和強行將他們困在一起，進行自殺式的行動，包括戰爭，打仗和消滅重要人物，反抗份子之類。這些都是基本的工作，如果有任何反抗或背叛的行為都會受到提供任務的遠控特工直接利用放在身上的納米機械人，以不同的方式消除。意昧著可以是爆炸，亦可以是毒氣之類，按著當時情況而定。

人類帝國組織了7人的小隊，解決各種所需。
