The police find and rescue twelve missing girls that have been held captive for the past seven years, but according to the girls there were thirteen of them living together. Nobody knows who this thirteenth girl is or where she came from. Largely, unbeknownst to most except, for veteran Detective Jack Frost, this girl is the key to unlock years of secrecy of the best kept criminal activity if only the girl would open up about her past.
