<Japanese Class>
-Dark’s P.O.V-
I swung my body left and right, forward and back; stretching it out and cracking joints. I purred quietly to myself, that was a peaceful sleep.

Ah Japanese.
The perfect class to act as if you know the whole dictionary and thesaurus of it but stare cluelessly at the board in all actuality. Well..that’s me at least.
”Oh..Lord..I’m gonna fail this class...! Yaaay..!” I sulk, slouching lazily on the table after I finished my work. I whip out a paper, might as well try and save myself before my teacher slaughters me. ‘Ko..ni...chi....wa..?’ I think those are the right characters!?
”Hey Chubs!” (If you get that reference I legit love you) “Sheeeennnn” He always calls me that! I’m not bothered by it ‘cause I’ll get him back! I drill my index finger into his plump stomach. “You fat.” I grin, “Nonono—! YOU fat. Chubs.” He retorts, this goes on for awhile before I catch him sneak a glance at Mino. (<— that is a guy.) Their gazes meet and some sort of magical telepathy calls Mino over.
“Fat.” He repeats, a finger flying towards me. “You fat.” “You no better.” Mino–who is slim, slender and tall,–smirks at me smugly. I puff my hamster-like cheeks in defeat.

Shen and I are like those annoying little siblings that the other has a hate/love relationship for. We go around poking each other, mocking. And at the same time we sneak about, pranking Light, Kanato or Mino. “Hoiiii! Minnn!!” I sing, watching him peep up like a meerkat.
”Ah? Ink,”–he calls me that because my name is ‘Dark’– Whatcha need?” “Do you know who Shen has a crush on?” “Hmm, not sure.” I nod and excuse myself. Maybe I should just ask Shen? No…he wouldn’t reply to me. Worth a shot? Probably. Okay fine. “Fatty!” “Chubs!” Laughs boomed about the corridors and soon quieted down to a soft snicker.
“Hey Shen? Can I ask you something?” His eyes widened slightly, but deflated to their normal squint size fairly quickly, “Yeah??” “Do you…” –I poked his cheek– “…have a crush on anyone in our year?” There! Again. Eyes widening further. “N-no!” Haha, like the huge grin on your face tells me fibs. “Liar.” I call, poking him in the stomach, “I’m not!” He chuckles, repeating the action.I nod slooooooooowwwlly.
BRRRRIIIIIIINNG!

-Third Person P.O.V-
Light snuggled closer into her jacket, sighing contently at the warmth the small cloth gave her. That satisfaction wouldn’t last for long though. Click! The door open and Navine sat next to her as per usual.
Light’s chair shuffled away to the edge of the table, discomfort pouring into her stomach. “Hello.” “Hi.” She waved awkwardly, and made a split decision not to question him about the staring nor the comment. Was it a good idea? She had no clue.

<A few weeks later>
<Afterschool>
-Light’s P.O.V-
“Dark?” I poked her cheek, I was thinking about something and If I’m right, it would explain a lot. “Mhm? Did Navine…”–she made makeshift goggles with her hands–“…at you again?” What? No! “Nono, I mean…this is about Mino and Shen…” She tensed, why? What happened between them? Maybe they fought or something, she is very close to them.
Her voice dropped to a whisper, “…Shen…?” No, the wall. I roll my eyes, nodding at the false alarm. “I..also thought about that, I tried asked him who he had a crush on but no use.” She sighed, resting her chin between her palms to think. Wait—“How did you know I wanted to know the answer to THAT question?” I eyed her suspiciously, she knows something I don’t. Doesn’t she?
“I didn’t, it’s something I asked so I’m reporting to you as such.” She clarified quickly, Hm. Believable. “Maybe we could ask Mino? He has to know something!” I suggested, those two are always up to no good together! “Oh and about Mino…you remember that day when Shen got in trouble for scribbling some Korean instead on that paper??”
Oh yeah, Ms.Akhiko came back laughing and asked him what it was about. “Yeah, why?” “Shen told her that Mino asked him a question and he was replying on that paper, then when I cornered him later he said at first it was a girl's name he wrote, said boy then girl, then finally said that it was a guy with a female adjective. I have literally nothing else more to say about that.”
I breathed in deeply.
