藏頭詩是一種表示暗號或某種訊息的作詩方式，作法是把一句有意義的文句中的字依序當成每行詩的開頭（可以同音字代換），也有藏尾、斜藏、倒藏（由末行往上看）等等，詩的內容不一定要跟藏頭的句子有關，但求通順無斧鑿痕或硬拗的無意義文句。
