Hey everyone! I'm back with my 4th contest series of A Scene on Romance~ ^_^

You can write a story in any setting you want; Historical, Modern, AU but it has to:

-have romance in them <3
-have the character(s) be in a rainy weather (at some point of the story)
-arguments and an umbrella
-include the sentence "that is spectacular"
-have a happy ending~!
