　　朋友替你向前公司的主管聯繫。他們約談他後，錄音檔很快傳到你手中。「我發誓我沒碰她。」彼時你同你媽佇在紅綠燈前，聽著他的否認，感覺像回到八歲那個被侵犯卻想衝進車陣自死的自我；想在橈動脈拓荒永不枯竭的海。奢望死去。

　　而你真那麼做了。你搬運全部的理智告訴前主管：「說出這件事，我自己也斟酌很久。畢竟我明白若我有任何誤解，他的名譽極可能從此毀損。這幾天我反覆詰問自己：他是不是無心？他是不是不曉得那樣等同侵犯？會不會根本是我記錯了？聽完錄音檔，我已經不想追究了。若他認為他沒有，那麼就依他的說法：是我誤會了什麼。由衷謝謝你們幫助我。」
