David Smith and Jeremy Wells are coming home from a normal school day when they're hit by a car.  What follows next defies the normal boundaries of dreams and realities. 

Sarah Wells hates nothing more than her bratty brother and his stupid friend. But when they're both stuck in comas after that fateful car crash, she begins to reconsider exactly what family means.
