I should, I shouldn't, you'll regret it if you do, you'll regret it if you don't. My mind and the gun were engaging in a heated debate over my own life, a life I wasn't too fond of anymore. I glanced back again at the night sky, the faint glow of distant lights in distant rooms, the dozens and dozens of lives happening right now, how many others were engaged in this same heated struggle? Who was out there? Was it worth it to meet them, would it be a waste of my time, would I ever get the chance? I sighed; I'll go meet the people around me tomorrow and if I still feel this way, I still have a way out. But a part of me knew that I'd never make good on this bet, that there'd be many more mornings in my future.
