慶幸的是在這段期間，有一個中學的舊同學一直默默的精神上及行動上支持我，在我最窮困的日子，二話不說的借錢給我渡過難關，也不多過問我的狀況，因為他知道我不想講，大概是懂我吧? 有的只是默默的陪伴，有事義不容辭的幫我，我可以說，這朋友，要不是有他，也許我已不存在於這世上，所以，對於有憂鬱症的人而言，他們需要的是理解與陪伴，不要讓他們感覺被世界遺棄，就可以了。
