這故事是在我高二時所想出來（現已經出社會），那時看到有人說，他要逃離這醜惡的世界，如果能到小說中的異世界冒險，那該有多好，但我則認為我們的世界有我們世界的醜惡，異世界則有異世界的難題，這時候，我那熱愛著魔法，又必需摧毀魔法的主角就此誕生。

　　　在這發現魔法的新世紀，魔法復興時期，人人都會魔法，世界的進步加速進行。
不會魔法的牧恩雖不會魔法，但他依然用他自己的方式茍活在這世上，從不怨恨自己的無能。
但最近，他做了個怪夢，夢中的他舉著反魔法的旗幟，準備摧毀維繫所有魔法存在的祕法之魂。
這是個夢，還是一個可怕的預言？但牧恩絕不會因夢妥脅，這和他的理念違背，直至有不得不為的時刻。
