最近心情很糟
家庭衝突不是最主要的，而是不斷發生的原因。
也許是亞斯伯格症的關係，我從小內向自閉、感情流露也沒學多少表達能力。
到了幼稚園、小學都很少叫爸媽，都是叫「欸！」來稱呼，記得甚至有兩個時期是被規定要稱呼爸爸的，心理彆扭，感情也是普通冷淡到小有衝突之間。
也許本身就是問題吧？ 號稱開明卻從不知道感情如何交流，能夠聊天的一方也就罷了，不能聊的，就不知道怎麼辦了。
也許，我們家需要心理諮商，或是繼續這樣冷淡地過下去。
