從接觸呼吸開始，看似平淡無奇的呼吸，變成一門講究的學問，跟著學習調息的功法，才明白原來自己對人類的呼吸系統認識太淺，一呼一吸之間原來蘊藏著這麼深的道理。

專注呼吸能暫停思緒，然後靜靜地觀察情緒的變化。清晰地解讀自己的心情常常需要一段時間靜觀其變，往往當心變得柔軟時，才浮現潛藏於心深處的真實，不再變動。此刻禪頭已現，還待禪機妙破。

當下超越是一種清明，緊接而來的是瞬間的領悟，有如靈光一閃，有如曇花一現，稍縱即逝，卻回味無窮。

此時此刻，是什麼樣的時空？
