Another list! I feel like everything's going to be lists. This one is a list of different things, but overall just the four different calendar and time systems.
Scentral, Macdha, and the Republic begin their day around 5.5 hours before dawn, and end it around 6 hours after dusk (day begins and ends at 25:00/0:00) in the hot season, and begin their day 6.5 hours before dawn and end it 7 after dusk (day begins and ends at 25:00/0:00) in the cold season.
Democracy and Dongguo begin and end their day at dawn (day begins and ends at 5:30 in hot season, 6:30 in cold season) and change their clock hours 1 hour ahead in the cold season to match accordingly.
Myrten begin their day around 4 hours before dusk and end it around 9.5 hours after dawn (day begins and ends at 15:00) in the hot season, and begin their day 3 hours before dusk and end it 8.5 hours after dawn (day begins and ends at 15:00) in the cold season.
Abring, Islands, and other tribal cultures of Wicthwine do not use calendars or clock systems, but have adapted the second, minute, and days of the week. The names for the 5 days of the week differ from tribe to tribe, so there is not a standard. Most don’t adapt the hour measurement.
Days are 25 hours long. During the hot season, dawn is 5:30 and dusk is 19:00. During the cold season, dawn is 6:30 and dusk is 18:00. Luckily this planet's days are 25 hours on-the-dot due to science.
Note: The Democracy and Standard calendars are identical (except for era years), just with different names for the months and days.
The formula is 404 days per year, 4 of those being single-day 'months', 5 days per week, and 25 hours per day.
(Note: a one-day month does not count as a weekday (e.g. weekday 1 is the last day of the last month, so one-month-day A is its own day, and the first day of the first month is then weekday 2). This is so that there are exactly 80 weeks plus 4 days every year.)
