She said it all in one big rush, not stopping to test her words they just rolled off her tougne. She looked down sadly, and continued
"It's going to be really hard, to carry the baby all that time and then give it away. But I need to. My life is out there waiting for me and i need to chsse after it. I can't have a child holding me back. I'm sorry.
I've only had one scan at the hospital. It's so small! I'm not going to find out if it's a boy or a girl. I want the surprise. Mum's still mad at me, but at least she still takes me to my appointments..."
She fought to hold back the tears, she knew what was coming but somehow it all felt like a dream. As if none of this had actually happened. She hid in her small frame, strands of her hair hid her face qnd her voice was unusually quiet.
"No." She whispered.
"No!" She screamed, her voice a summary of the pain and stress she had undergone. "They're my baby! My child! I am keeping them!"
She tried to catch her breath. Looking straight at the camera she said,
"I love them. Ever since that first test I've felt an overwhelming sense of love for this baby, one that I might not ever see grow up. I can't take away their chance at having a mother. I can't. I am willing, oh so willing, to sacrifice the rest of my life to insure this child that happiest days possible and i know that there are going to be days where we fall out and one day i I won't be here anymore but I hope that they will never miss me, for I do not want them to feel such a great sadness."
Her eyes pleaded for the viewers to agree with her. As video ended she looked down at her stomach and smiled.
