「駕照是雞腿換來的嗎？」

這句話並非源於單一歷史事件，而是由台灣民間俚語、送禮文化、考照制度與網路論壇共同演化而來，用來質疑某些駕駛人的技術與資格。

至於究竟有誰的駕照真的是用雞腿換來的，至今仍沒有確切證據。

我們只知道，總有人開車十分鐘，可以錯過兩個路口、讓導航重新規劃三次、誤開四次雨刷，最後把一輛車停成公共藝術。

也總有人堅信，自己才是整條路上唯一會開車的人。

一章一個故事，一次一場公路奇蹟。
