三十歲的上班族佐藤龍，每天過著加班、通勤、日復一日的社畜生活。學生時期留下許多無法彌補的遺憾，沒有鼓起勇氣向喜歡的人告白，也沒有珍惜與家人、朋友相處的時光。出社會後，他唯一的興趣只剩閱讀漫畫與輕小說，總幻想著如果人生能夠重來，自己是否能做出不同的選擇。

帶著三十歲的記憶重新開始人生，佐藤決定不再像過去一樣留下遺憾。他希望珍惜高中三年的每一天，也希望改變那些自己曾經無力挽回的命運
