香港魔法世界誕生於1899年9月9日零時，由外國與本地術士共同建立並維護。

此後一百二十餘年，香港成為世上極少數「表裡重疊度」達百分之四十三的特區。九龍半島上空終年盤踞凡人看不見的靈力霧靄。

「九龍」之名最早見於明朝嘉靖年間的文獻，距今已有約 400-500 年的歷史，其命名原因至今仍眾說紛紜。但香港術法界的人都知道，那是因為500年前龍的第九子椒圖於香港羽化，其遺留靈力至今仍令香港充滿生機和靈能。
