在2100年，無數舊日支配者生物的軍隊和瘟疫入侵著世界各處，一個集結了歐亞軍事力量的新帝國團結了歐亞大陸，由血統純潔人類的純潔王族控制著這帝國。

但數十年後，曾經輝煌的帝國早已在舊日之配者「血肉之主」的進攻下陷入災難和無盡的戰線，大量重點城市建起高墻隔絕瘟疫和災難。

而在戰場中，帝國最不缺的就是人造器官和義肢，在「軍人生命保留法」下，只要是士兵還剩下大腦及其他重點器官，就要重新裝回義肢繼續戰鬥，退役和死亡是不被容許的，除非擁有嚴重的精神問題和疾病（PTSD及任何非智商低下問題的申請退役是不會受理。）

帝國目前仍在前線戰鬥的部隊列表：帝國第4團軍、帝國第11-17集團軍、帝國海及空軍、帝國第30-38集團軍、帝國第七集團軍及無法具體計算的民兵隊。
