林餘愛過沈燼。


愛到為他租了有落地窗的房子，愛到記得他所有的喜好，愛到說「這整座城市都是我們的」。


後來他覺得沈燼很煩。


加班不回家是常態，簡訊從每天十則變成一則，最後是一句「你能不能不要這麼煩」。沈燼開始小聲哭、無聲哭、在浴室裡用美工刀劃開手腕。林餘看見了。他選擇轉頭。


他把沈燼送進精神病院，理由是「你需要專業照顧」。在那裡，沈燼變成了37號——被強迫吞藥、被綁在床上電擊、被其他病人按在牆上。他寫了很多信，一封都沒有寄出去。林餘一次都沒有來過。


八個月後，沈燼從十五樓跳了下去。
