時時刻刻抵抗誘惑，

就是一種勝利。

temptation:誘惑。

victory: 勝利。

電視真好看， 可是 

會影響(affect)記憶力(memory)    

電動(video games)真好玩，

 可是  會沒時間讀書(study)

巧克力(chocolate)真好吃，

 可是  會變胖(fat)耶

我們的周遭(around us)，

充滿了(be full of)誘惑(temptation)，在

每個時刻(every moment)，

每個地點(everywhere)，

每人的身上

如果我們有毅力(will power)

去抵擋(resistance)每個誘惑(temptation)

那麼 (then) 成功(success)將在遠方

對你微笑(smile)
