It has been six days since the mission in the forest started and it was almost the seventh day. "How much longer do we need to walk?" Asked Nex.
"Around a kilometer left before we reach the edge of the forest, then about seven more before we get to the kingdom," Anas said.
"That's at minimum three days, so we will definitely be late," Karasu said.
"Nah, maybe two because now that we don't have to deal with the Cruels in the forest," Anas said.
They traverse through the forest and into the flat plains, they rarely have to fight anything, just animals for food, they managed to walked another kilometer across the plains before the day ended.
After two and a half days of traveling, they got back to the gates without any issues. "Oh thank the angels, you guys are back!" Mr Blaze shouted when he saw the three.
"I thought you guys failed, but I knew you guys were just late to arrive," Mr Blaze said with a sigh of relief.
Then he noticed the Minotaur and the spider legs, "Did you guys fought the Minotaur and the spider queen?" He shouted with a shocked face.
"Yeah, after we escaped an ambush by a group of Cruels, we then found these two even though we were nowhere close to the center nor did we enter any caves, so we also have no idea why they showed up," Anas explained to Mr Blaze.
"No wonder you three took longer, you still managed to clear the camp and killed two monstrous creatures, so that should get some recognition," Mr Blaze said.
"Though, I want to ask you for a favor, can you not tell the entire school? We don't want more attention," Anas said.
"Don't worry, I know you guys' situation. I won't tell anyone besides the principal," Mr Blaze said.
"You guys will receive fifty silver coins for each leg and ten gold coins for the Minotaur, so two hundred sliver and ten gold," Mr Blaze said after calculating the price.
"We each get sixty-six silver and three gold, with the rest being a shared balance," Anas said, with the other two agreed.
"You three will also get two days off from school to recover. After that, you three will resume your original lives at school," Mr Blaze.
After they received their share of money with Anas helping the group to keep the change for now. "Hey by the way, where do you guys live?" Anas asked with curiosity.
"Uhh, we live in the school's dorm," said Nex.
Anas said "Oh wow, I didn't know. Don't you guys have parents to—", but Karasu cut him off.
