十五歲那年，夕月蒼原以為，人生會像早已寫好的劇本一樣，平凡地持續下去。

直到某一天，他失去了原以為永遠不會改變的日常。

直到父母離異，他離開了從小生活的台灣，來到了母親的故鄉——日本福島縣會津若松市。

在陌生的城市、漫長的四季，以及逐漸改變的日常之中，他遇見了女主角——朝倉美櫻。

她是一位如春日櫻花般燦爛的少女。

隨著相處的時間逐漸增加，蒼也開始明白，有些人會在不知不覺間成為自己生命中不可或缺的存在。

然而，成長的路上總伴隨著離別。

即便如此，人們仍會在一次次相遇與告別之中，學會去愛、去理解，並珍惜那些稍縱即逝的幸福。
