世界上，存在三種人。

第一種，是數量最多的平民。

第二種，是掌握世界權力與財富的權貴。

而第三種……沒有人知道他們的存在。

他們不是地球人，而是隱藏在人類社會中的神祕種族。從出生開始，他們的頭髮便會隨著情緒改變顏色，而這只是命運的開端。

當髮色逐漸化為黑白，代表體內沉睡的殺手本能即將甦醒。

地下九公尺深處，一座不為世人所知的巨大基地，正等待著他們。

一名名擁有黑白髮的少年少女被帶進基地，接受地獄般的訓練。只有頭髮完全化為漆黑的人，才能成為真正的殺手；頭髮變成純白的人，則代表失敗，從此失去身為殺手的資格。

創立這一切的人，是人類心理學家──丹特。

他相信，這群來自異星的生命天生就是為了殺戮而存在，因此建立了名為「殺手家族」的組織，將他們培養成世界上最致命的武器，暗中替權貴執行一件又一件見不得光的任務。

然而，並非所有人都願意接受這樣的命運。

當一名少年開始質疑「殺戮是否就是自己的存在意義」，一場牽動整個殺手家族的真相，即將揭開。

究竟，是命運決定了他們成為殺手？

還是有人，親手將他們塑造成殺手？
