2026.07.24 今天去游泳，目前變成了一個儀式感。
意外的，無意間去游了50米標準池，因為之前在八里成功游完了2公尺，信心膨脹中，所以，我放棄了雖然人少了一點，但仍顯擁擠的室內池，改去了戶外。
185公分深，也是有點可怕，但在不知道是50米情況下游，不知不覺就會輕易完成每日目標。
舒服。
