我做了一個夢。夢裡因為累積許久的壓力到達極限，我竟然在家人面前徹底情緒失控，忍不住對他們吐露了心裡話，說自己其實一直都需要專業的心理諮商或協助。

爸爸的個性向來習慣大事化小，總覺得心裡的坎放著不管就會好，根本不需要特地看醫生。當下我難過得蹲在地上，接著看見媽媽默默跟著蹲下來，拿了錢給我，輕聲說如果想讓醫生評估就去看吧。

那一刻，心頭湧上一陣酸楚，總覺得自己無形中把沉重的負擔轉嫁到了家人身上，心裡實在很不是滋味。醒來後，那種餘悸猶存的感覺還在，心想以後還是把壓力留給自己消化就好。

夢醒之後的心情有點複雜。晚安啦...
