認真摸魚了一天班。

因為長期精神不好又容易疲憊，最近終於認真找保健食品看能不能改善問題。

以目前初步嘗試來看確實有一點效果，至少在睡眠品質跟精神都比起喝咖啡時好上不少，有待長期觀察。

趁此機會也多打點草稿。

因為滑鼠用習慣，自己在打草稿的時候不太像一般繪師會去處理粗細變化，先著重在畫面表現，等打「線稿」階段後才會去修其他細節，比如服裝、輪廓等等。29Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡkMUmSkqaoV
