海歌的靈感，來自一些帶有日本神道與佛教色彩的民間故事。

傳說中，有些菩薩或神明化身的巫女，會為了拯救受苦的人們，將瘟疫、惡疾與不幸轉移到自己身上。

我一直覺得這樣的角色很動人—-明明那麼弱，卻承受了所有不美好。

於是，便有了海歌。
