她曾是大城市里掌总勺的行政主厨，给部长、给买得下半座城的人摆过盘——却忙到记不起，上一回给一个"只想吃个饱"的人做饭，是什么时候。

一场过劳，她倒在后厨；再睁眼，成了江南水乡安和镇上同名的姑娘阮棠。爹娘刚走半月，留下七岁的弟弟，和一间快揭不开锅的小食肆。

没有金手指，没有要打倒的仇人。只有一口冷掉的灶、一缸见底的米，和一个把她当作唯一依靠的孩子。

于是她挽起袖子，生起了火。一碗热粥，焐回弟弟掉进碗里的眼泪；一盅莼菜羹，暖回病中阿婆的胃口；一锅腌笃鲜，让冷清的小店第一次坐满了人。她收留门口挨饿的小乞儿，又和隔壁那位沉默温柔的沈大夫，在一餐一饭里慢慢靠近——这间小小的食肆，渐渐成了全镇人心里那盏不灭的灯。

小桥流水，人间烟火。原来最难得的，不是惊艳天下，而是有人等你，回家吃饭。🍲
