Today, I found your letter again

the one you gave me two years ago.

The paper still sighs softly,

as if holding your breath.

The mountains ,our mountains

still whisper your name

into the wind that remembers everything.

I still remember your face,

sweet as the galaxy,

the kind that made me forget every pain.

Your voice

soft as sunlight through the trees,

the only sound that could calm me.

Your words

gentle, kind, and loving

were made to heal me.

And your eyes...

they held so many secrets.

I would drown in them every time.

I used to wait all day

just to see you once.

I still remember

your favorite color, your favorite flower

every little thing about you.

I still visit our place,

where we used to go together.

Why did you leave me alone?

Was I not enough for you?

Now I visit your grave every day,

near our mountains,

by the flowing stream.

I sit beside it and talk to you.

People call me crazy

but I don’t care.

I still love you.

I can’t forget you.

You live in my thoughts

your voice, your face, your memories.

You were the best part of me.

I miss you every  second.

You were the sweetest soul I’ve ever known.

When I die,

come take me home.

Let my grave rest beside yours,

where the water flows,

and our love will sleep forever.

You were the sweetest soul I’ve ever known.

When I die,

come take me home.

Let my grave rest beside yours,

where the water flows,

and our love will sleep forever.
