It's midnight and Logan is on a patrol with his friend who is asking all the time:

"When is our shift over? "- 

"In five minutes." -

"DUDE, can't we just head back, please? I don't think that anything is about to happen."

They arrive at the waterfall connected with the river.

Logan turns his friend around to face him. The river behind his comrade.

" James, I know this is boring to you but-". 

He freezes and glances behind his annoying friend, watching how something falls from the sky in the river. 

"Oh goodness..."  was the last thing he says before running towards the water, leaving his now confused friend standing alone.

"Logan? What the-" James says turning around.

SPLAT!

Logan ignores him and lets his instincts take control over his actions.

He runs towards the river while putting off his jacket. With still wearing his face cover he jumps into the water with pants and long sleeves on.

He reaches for the -now recognizable as a person and carries the unconscious body out of the water.

James stands outside and helps Logan carrying the person out of the water. 

He reaches for his friend's jacket to cover up the unconscious and wet person or rather- 

"A girl?" Says James with a shocked face. 

Logan looks up speechless. "She is ...human?" He says hushed.

"What the holy banana is a HUMAN doing here?!" -

"I am afraid I can't tell.

But we should go bring her with us back to report about this and especially her. We should let the elders decide about this situation."

"Sounds fair to me...well then. Go ahead".

They soon vanish in the depths of the forest where they had come from.

While Logan carries the girl on his back, they both head to the village they call home.
