在依美利亞聯邦的帕斯沃爾邦，爆發了一場疫情，感染病毒的人們變的狂躁且具攻擊性，許多城市被隔離，為了應對這場危機，帕斯沃爾邦政府，派遣了軍隊開始清理感染者，為了控制損失，減小對城市的破壞，許多的重型武器的使用被限制了，防疫部隊要在沒有火炮的支援下，同時還雇傭了PMC公司協助控制疫情。


在八達市的市中心，有一家銀行，這家銀行存放了大量的黃金與現金，因為疫情的原因，現在無人看守，一些傭兵

盯上了這些財富，同時分離主義份子也開始伺機行動，讓本就人手不足的防疫行動更加雪上加霜


男主所在的帕斯沃爾陸軍第130機步旅奉命進入八達市，等待他們的是，狂暴的感染者、暗中伏擊的叛軍、和一些暗流湧動的傭兵
