Introduction
Some goodbyes are not forever, yet they hurt the most.
For thirteen-year-old Aisha, life had always been simple. Every day was filled with laughter, arguments, secrets, and adventures shared with her older brother, Arjun. He was more than a brother—he was her best friend, her protector, and the person who understood her better than anyone else.
But everything changes when Arjun receives admission to a hostel far from home. As June 12 approaches, the days seem to move too quickly. While everyone celebrates his new journey, Aisha struggles with a painful question:
How do you say goodbye to someone who has always been by your side?
As the family prepares for the departure, memories come flooding back, emotions grow stronger, and a bond between siblings is tested by distance for the very first time.
This is a heartfelt story about love, family, growing up, and the realization that no matter how far apart two people may be, some connections can never be broken.
Sometimes the hardest journeys begin with a simple goodbye.
