我以為長大後，那些童年犯下的錯就會像風一樣散去，日子一久，心裡就再也不會有什麼東西壓著我往前走。可當年紀越來越大，我才發現，有些背叛不是時間能沖淡的，它反而越長越大，像根刺一樣，深深嵌進日常裡，讓每一次回頭都隱隱作痛。

那種重量我說不出口。夜裡醒來，腦海總浮現那個安靜的背影，和自己當時轉身逃走的腳步。身邊的人都以為我過得平順，沒人知道我心底藏著一個永遠無法面對的自己。那孤獨像一間鎖死的房間，外面越熱鬧，裡面越冷。

後來我慢慢明白，救贖從來不是把過去抹掉，而是帶著傷口繼續走下去。承認自己曾經懦弱，比假裝堅強還要難，但也只有這樣，才算真正長大了一點。

悟已往之不諫，知來者之可追。
