血洋大陸的南方，一個龐大而厲害的國家西格斯聯邦，正應對著日益嚴重的黑幫問題、軍火外竊和難民帶來的犯罪問題中。

當中最嚴重的首都「羅恩柏林」開啟了嚴守時期，並成立以退役軍人為首領及採用軍用武器的武裝警察局，和警察隊一起強硬血腥執法。

但某些躲在體制的敵人卻遲遲不出現，這已經不是普通的難民或黑幫問題——

而一名年輕人「德洛」加入了武裝警察局，但他不知道的是，敵人無處不在和難以應對，只有手上的自動步槍是忠誠的。
