魔王——那是從人類與魔物誕生的那時起就時不時會出現於世界之中的存在。他們或爲人形、或爲魔獸，但都有著統御大量魔物的力量。祗不過隨著最古老魔王的隕落，逾半數魔王都躲進了自然形成、幾乎祗擁有單一出口的迷宮之中。


橫亙於大陸中心的中央狹間是一處人類長久以來都無法踏足、魔王們亦因爲外圍那處無論人類、魔獸亦或是魔物都將它認知爲”死亡森林“的魔境而在一次又一次的失敗中放棄了它的爭奪。但當兩者之間的爭鬥轉變爲曠日持久的消耗戰而紛杳而至之時，發現……
