每一間小學中同除咗校長、副校長、老師之後，校務處職員同校工TA都叫明顯嘅存在，知唔知仲有一個部門叫IT部。當啲老師電腦有問題果陣就會call佢哋，學生唔會知佢係邊個，老師有啲都未必知同up到個名，簡單嚟講係一個神秘的部門。

就係資訊科技技術員IT team人稱TSS又叫it狗，地位非常低的人，又唔可以冇，完。

作者透過親身經歷帶出呢個職位係要做啲咩同背後嘅感受，請大家支持。

學校 TSS (Technical Support Staff，資訊科技技術員) 是香城學校聘請的專業 IT 支援人員，主要協助管理校內網絡、電腦、教學軟體及影音設備。
