因為一次交通意外,小智不幸身亡,落到冥界後佢遇見了冥王,一個聽說掌管冥界的老人。『我給你一年的生命,係一年裡如果你順利完成我既任務-獵魔,我就會俾你完全重生既機會,成交嗎?』冥王提出這個如夢幻般的交易。為了尚未完成的心願,小智答應了這個交易,自此一邊努力完成自己的心願,一邊與他的見習魔女拍檔周旋在天使與魔山七天王領導的魔鬼的戰鬥中。一年之約,小智最後可以完成他的目標嗎?
