We all feel alone sometimes, but few people are truly alone. Being a wolf mutant in a human castle, Roez could be considered alone.

Roez has never left the castle, and most of the soldiers try not to take notice of him. His mother, the queen, tries to hide him away.

However, Roez has one friend, a quiet girl from the outer rings who managed to find a job as the castle librarian.

Tonight, that would all change when another mutant breaks in and steals a scroll, breaking the barrier between worlds.
