　　雪女、天狗、河童，這些都是耳熟能詳的日本妖怪。

　　或是吸血鬼、狼人、石像鬼也是叫得出名字的西洋妖怪。

　　那臺灣呢？

　　臺灣的歷史確實不長，但那不代表我們沒有流傳下來的妖異傳說。

　　之前有幸聽到了何敬堯老師的演講，也得知《妖怪臺灣》這一本書，裡面是他多年嘔心瀝血收集而來的臺灣妖怪史料。

　　後面的故事就是我根據這本書裡面所記載的內容所寫的，有些可能是連貫的故事，有些可能只是獨立的小短篇。

　　但不管怎樣，這是屬於臺灣妖怪們自己的奇想異聞。
