​在霓虹燈與陰冷雨水交織的「重慶大廈」頂樓，隱藏著一間不被地圖紀錄的「404號房」。職業洗地人阿強，收到了史上最高額、也最詭異的委託：在一個小時內，清理一個佈滿彈孔但「沒有屍體」的修羅場。

​然而，當門鎖扣上的那一刻，他才發現這是一個針對他量身訂造的陷阱。房間內的自動感應相機化身為死神的眼睛，每一聲快門響起，現實與虛幻的界線便崩塌一次。他必須在404秒的倒計時結束前，揭開消失的彈頭真相，並在那張奪命的「照片」拍下前，逃離這個致命的觀景窗。
