Milk在一場詭異的夢裡，看見了一年後的自己死去的畫面。醫院裡，Love崩潰地握著她的手哭泣，而她卻只能以旁觀者的姿態，看著一切發生卻無能為力。醒來後，她發現手上多出一枚戒指，夢裡聲音仍在腦海裡揮之不去。


日子照常前進，拍戲、排練、與朋友笑鬧，一切看似沒有改變，只有那枚取不下的戒指，時時提醒著她時間正在流逝。Milk開始變得不安，甚至無法再像從前一樣坦然面對Love。越是靠近，她越害怕失去，卻又無法真正放手。


在她人生倒數的這一年裡，她該選擇坦然順從命運的安排，還是用盡一切方式，去改變既定的結局呢？
