我是按照靈擺療法一書提議，買了三款靈擺來使用。

我記得去年9月頭，用了卡納克靈擺（子彈型），大約兩個星期左右，獲得一份全職。

到了十月左右，沒有用靈擺，感覺就很差，同月被離職。

之後就將靈擺就束之高閣。
