From my perspective — Hai Zhu
I stand on the reef platform, barefoot as usual, wearing my blue silk robe embroidered with wave patterns. The sea wind carries salt and moisture, and the tide rises and falls steadily against the rocks.
I hold a thin board in my hand, marking the water level and current direction. The sea changes slowly, but each shift tells something. I record them carefully — the timing, the strength, any unusual patterns. This is the way to understand the sea that has been here far longer than any person.
Sometimes I look toward the horizon, where the sky meets the water. There are no fleets, no orders, only the sound of waves and the movement of water. It is not a busy life, but it is mine. To know the sea, to keep its rhythm — that is enough.
When the stars begin to appear, I put the board away. The tide will continue to move, and I will be here to watch it again tomorrow.

12Please respect copyright.PENANAcMaggU5vNU
