上個星期提到過發展商安排承辦商來做一些簡單的家居維修，包括電錶箱、暖板等。承辦商打電話來跟我約了時間，但技工最後沒有來。發展商和我跟進時，我告訴了她，但現在還沒有收到新消息。

反倒是窗戶維修承辦商説了今天過來，技工真的準時出現，總算有點進展。
