努力在思考事情的時候轉換方向,似乎真的對減輕疼痛有所幫助。之前可以是太專注在疼痛的地方,所以會一直覺得很痛,現在轉移注意力,讓自己可以不用一直活在疼痛中。這樣確實讓心情好了不少,因為感覺身體變輕鬆了。看來正向思考真的有它神奇的地方。
